PREPARATION FOR YOUR DAY
Enjoy a normal dinner the night before and breakfast in the morning.
Do not try to go out on the boat with a hangover. The seas will magnify your discomfort and will quickly ruin the day for everyone on the boat, especially you.
The best prevention for seasickness I have seen is to take a full dose of Bonine the night before to start working with your body and then another dose about an hour before departure. Keep 1/4 tabs in a water tight container to use during the day if or as needed. If you have another cure you’ve discovered, by all means bring it and share your knowledge with the others. But various methods don’t always work the same on everyone so do what you are comfortable with.
